Commissioner Harper and Georgia Agricultural Leaders Gather for Georgia Farm Bureau Convention

On Dec. 7-9, around 1,730 Georgia farmers met on Jekyll Island for the 88th Annual Georgia Farm Bureau (GFB) Convention. Over the three days of the convention, there was a trade show, awards presentations and educational sessions that briefed farmers on policy and production issues that affect Georgia’s major commodities.

Georgia Grown Christmas Showcase in Macon

Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tyler J Harper is pleased to announce that the Georgia Grown Christmas Showcase will return to Macon on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This year’s event will debut at a new, spacious location — the former JoAnn’s building between Ulta and Dick’s Sporting Goods at 5080 Riverside Dr., Macon, GA 31210.
