    We are now in the process of examining grain dealers licensed under the Georgia Grain Dealers Act. This exam covers grain purchased from Georgia producers during 2024

    Below, please find our producer grain purchases recap form to be completed covering your purchases directly from Georgia farmers/producers. Please complete and return it to our office making sure that purchases are shown in dollar value rather than bushels AND NO LATER THAN March 15, 2025.

    I further certify that I fully understand as a licensed Grain Dealer, my producer grain activities are limited to purchasing and that I may not hold or store grain for others unless I am properly licensed and bonded as a warehouseman in accordance with Georgia State Warehouse Act (O.C.G.A. 10-4-1).
