Egg Candling Registration

Register for an Egg Candling Class

This registration form is required for individuals seeking to enroll in the Georgia Department of Agriculture (GDA) Egg Candling Certification Course. Completion of this form ensures that all applicants meet statutory and regulatory eligibility requirements established for individuals engaged in egg handling, grading, and candling activities within the State of Georgia.

Submission of this form is mandatory for course registration and certification consideration.

Advance registration through this form is required for all participants. Walk-in attendance is not permitted under any circumstances. Individuals who have not completed and received confirmation of registration prior to the scheduled course date will not be admitted.

As part of the registration process, applicants are required to upload a signed and notarized Secure & Verifiable (S&V) affidavit and a copy of the identification (ID) used to secure the affidavit. 

Failure to provide complete and accurate documentation may delay processing or result in ineligibility for course enrollment.
