2025 Exhibitor Application

Georgia National Fair | October 2–12, 2025

This application is for booth space in the Georgia Grown Building at the 2025 Georgia National Fair. If you are interested in participating in the Georgia Grown Market, please refer to the separate Georgia Grown Market Application.

Application Deadline: June 15, 2025

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on June 15, 2025. Space is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth space will be awarded based on prior participation in the Georgia Grown Building, applications that demonstrate high quality and relevance, and alignment with the educational and promotional goals of the Georgia Grown Building.

About the Georgia Grown Building

The Georgia Grown Building at the Georgia National Fair is dedicated to showcasing Georgia's #1 industry: agriculture. Exhibitors may apply for booth space as either an educational or a Georgia Grown product vendor.

Booth Information and Fees

Booth space pricing varies by size. All booths are located inside a fully enclosed, climate-controlled building with concrete flooring. Each booth includes:

  • One (1) 8-foot table  
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) 110v electrical outlet
  • Up to four (4) Exhibitor badges for gate entry

A deposit is NOT required or accepted with this application.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

  • Exhibitors must be current, paid Georgia Grown members in good standing.
  • Food product companies must hold appropriate and valid food safety certifications through the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
  • Alcohol sales are prohibited.
  • Booth location will be assigned by event staff. Every effort will be made to space out vendors with similar products.
  • Booths must be staffed and operational during all building hours:
    • Opening day: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    • All other days: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.
  • The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter requires an Insurance Verification with combined liability limits of at least $1,000,000. An $85 fee will be charged for insurance if you will not be providing your own.

Security

Building security will be provided by the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The building will be locked at closing, and no entry will be permitted until one hour before opening each day.

Please describe in detail the educational components of your booth. Include any use of technology, interactive elements, and how it supports Georgia agriculture. 
List the Georgia Grown products you plan to sell. No food concessionaires may be sold from the exhibit space.
