The Sunbelt Ag Expo is an agricultural-based trade show held at Spence Field in Moultrie, Ga. Known as “North America’s Premier Farm Show”® the annual event has more than 1200 exhibitors showcasing the latest in farming technology.
Georgia Grown and Sunbelt Ag Expo are collaborating to add a “Georgia Grown Marketplace” vendor area in the Family Living Building. Show attendees will have the opportunity to purchase artisanal goods from Georgia Grown members in a dedicated area.

Show Hours
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Tuesday and Wednesday, October 15 & 16)
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Thursday, October 17)
Fees
Vendors will have 10’ wide x 8’ deep booth spaces at a cost of $300. All spaces are in an enclosed building with concrete flooring but it is not climate controlled. Booths include pipe and drapery and 1-110v electrical. Tables, chairs, carpet, trashcans etc. are not included and should be ordered from American Pavilion using the form provided after your complete registration unless you bring your own. Companies requesting larger booths will be considered but spaces must first allow for the greatest diversity of vendors.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must be paid Georgia Grown members in good standing both at the time of application and at the time of the event. For food product companies, vendors must be in good standing with appropriate food safety certifications from the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Vendors are required to collect and report their own sales taxes. Sorry, no alcohol sales are allowed. Georgia Grown vendors must be self-contained and set up on time. Booth location will be assigned by event staff with every effort made to separate similar products. Booth must be occupied at all times during the above designated hours. No early break down is allowed!
Security
October 4-10: Night security from 6 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Friday, October 11: 24-hour security begins
Saturday, October 14- Security will be requiring completed parking pass and exhibitor badge for entry.
Monday, October 14: Exhibitor credentials are required for entry into the Expo grounds.
Application Deadline
Applications will be accepted through July 15th if space is available. Space is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
