Gary Coltek joined the staff of Kennesaw State University in July 2007 following a more than 40-year career in the culinary and hospitality industry. Currently Gary is the founding member and partner in the “Food Genuity” Consulting Company, specializing in Culinary Sustainability and kitchen design for the hospitality industry, national retail food operations, and colleges and universities. He designed all of the kitchens in KSU’s dining hall, The Commons, and maintains hands-on, day-to-day oversight of all aspects of campus dining operations, as well as the farm-to-campus program, which has recently expanded to 65-acres.
