Requirements:

For compliance with the GA Animal Protection Act and the Department of Agriculture's Registration, License and Permit Act.   A pre-license inspection will be done after license application and fee is received by office. Then the license will be issued.

Fees:

Up to & including 10 horses - $100
11 - 20 horses - $200
21 - 30 horses - $300
30+ horses - $400
Equine Rescue - $200
The fees are assessed on a yearly basis and must be renewed.
