Description:

Any person, firm, or corporation who treats timber or timber products with preservatives within the State of Georgia.

Requirements:

Each person, firm, or corporation engaging in the business of treating timber or timber products with preservatives in this state shall secure an annual processor's license from the Commissioner of Agriculture before such treatment is undertaken. Licenses expire June 30 of each year.
