The Seed, Fertilizer and Feed Section administers the Rules and Regulations related to seeds, fertilizer and animal feeds by regulating truthful labeling and minimum quality standards for items offered, exposed or transported for sale in Georgia.  The section is responsible for licensing of seed, fertilizer and feed dealers, approving fertilizer and feed products, investigating seed arbitration complaints, and supervision of inspectors for seed, fertilizer and feed regulations at dealer locations.  The section also administers the USDA's Federal Grain Inspection Service grain grading program.
