Apply for a Kennel License.

Requirements:

Required of a facility will be offering animals related services such as grooming, boarding, training, or daycare.  See Animal Protection Act 40-13-13-.02 (1) - (2)(b).  The commissioner shall license animal shelter, pet dealer, kennel and stable operators under the applicable provision of Chapter 5 of Title 2, "Department of Agriculture Registration, License, and Permit Act" on a form obtained from the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

Fees:

Fee based on Holding Capacity at the time of licensing or renewal.
$100-$400.
