Executive Chef, Roberto Leoci
Roberto Leoci serves as executive chef of Leoci's Trattoria in Savannah, Georgia. Leoci was recently named the city’s “Best Chef” by Connect Savannah. Leoci’s Trattoria offers back-to-basics Italian cuisine with a menu that represents a major effort to keep ingredients as local as possible. Chef Leoci’s passion for food developed at an early age while spending summers in Sicily with his family. What began as a profound love for food soon guided him towards a culinary calling. Prior to becoming executive chef of Leoci's Trattoria, Chef Leoci expanded his culinary career traveling globally as a private chef.
