Blueprint reviews are conducted, prior to construction or renovations, to ensure the basic facility requirements of the Department’s regulations will be met. Business plan reviews are required to determine if the firm requires licensing from the Department, that the firm’s operations are within the scope of the Department’s regulations, and that the facilities provided are adequate for the food produced and/or sold.
