Commissioner Black Applauds EPA Clarity on Dicamba
Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Gary W. Black is appreciative of EPA's key order providing farmers with needed clarity following the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' June 3, 2020 vacatur of three dicamba registrations,

"I applaud this action that will help mitigate some of the devastating economic consequences of the Court's decision for our growers," said Commissioner Black. "In addition I still encourage EPA to seek a stay on the decision and urge additional consideration for inventory ordered or scheduled, but not in possession."
