Holly Chute is the Executive Chef of the Georgia Governor's Mansion. The Governor's Mansion welcomed her in 1981 as Chef and Foods Manager. Chef Chute has worked for six different governors; Governor George Busbee, Governor Joe Frank Harris, Governor Zell Miller, Governor Roy Barnes, Governor Sonny Perdue and now Governor Nathan Deal.
Chef Chute oversees all meals served at the Governor's Mansion -- from a private family meal to official State Dinner. Chef Chute took a brief break from the Governor's Mansion in 1985 to found and manage Total Home Care with her late husband Don Chute. Chef Chute graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1979 and St. Francis University in 1977.
