Some cornbread and muffin mix recalled for soy ingredients not listed on the label

Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin alerts consumers to the recall of some corn bread and muffin mix that may contains soy ingredients not listed on the label. Little Bay Baking Co., Newmarket, NH, is recalling all bags of Corn Bread and Muffin Mix sold before May 2, 2008.

The product contains soy not listed on the label.  Consumers with an allergy or sensitivity to soy could run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

The product comes in a 12.6 ounce white paper tin tie bag package and was sold under the names Little Bay Baking and GFCF Diet.
