Lezza Blue Raspberry product recalled

Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin alerts consumers to the recall of an improperly labeled product.
Cedar Crest Specialties, Inc. is recalling Lezza Blue Raspberry Water Ice in round plastic pint containers. It has the lot code of 2116.
The product may contain milk allergen protein that is not listed as an ingredient on the label. Consumers with an allergy or sensitivity to milk could run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.
The water ice was distributed during 2006 and 2007 at retail outlets in Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Texas, Michigan, Louisiana, Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Arkansas and Minnesota.
Georgians who have purchased the product may return it to place of purchase or to the company for a full refund. Consumers with questions should contact Cedar Crest Specialties, Inc. at 1-866-233-2788.
