Adamba Imports recalls dried apricots for unlisted sulfites

Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Tommy Irvin is alerting consumers to the recall of dried apricots due to unlisted ingredients.

Adamba Imports International, Inc., Brooklyn, NY, is recalling "Ziolopex Bakaliada Morele Suszone (Dried Apricots)" because it contains sulfites that are not listed on the label.

The recalled products are packaged in a 4.64 ounce (130 gram), plastic bag and coded 06 2010, 081215V1C in black ink on the back of the package. The product was distributed nationwide.

People who have severe sensitivity to sulfites may run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions if they consume this product.
