Has undeclared milk, not listed on the label

Nine Knorr-Lipton Sides being recalled today says Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin

The Knorr-Lipton Company, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is issuing an “expanded recall” today for nine “side dishes” says Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin.  The dishes are being voluntarily recalled from the market because they contain “undeclared milk not listed on the label.”

The nine products, all containing a milk ingredient, were manufactured in the same plant and distributed nationally.

Specifically, the products listed in the “expanded recall” are:

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if these products are consumed.

“The recall only applies to these specific Knorr-Lipton ‘sides,’ Irvin says. “These products have been distributed nationally and have reached consumers at retail stores, club stores and dollar stores.”

Irvin says consumers who have purchased the packages can discard them and call the company at 1-866-839-7162 for a full refund.
