3 cups Rice Chex cereal
3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Cheerios
3 cups pretzels (small, twisted shape)
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 (1-pound) bag red and green M&M candies
1 (18-oz.) package white bark coating
Combine dry ingredients in large container. Melt bark coating either in a double boiler or in the microwave according to package directions. Pour coating over cereal mixture. Spread onto wax paper to cool and harden. Break into chunks when cool. Store in airtight containers.
Variation: Omit M&M’s and add 2 cups dry cherries or cranberries.
