MB Article - Georgia Cooking - Glazed Sweet Potatoes
This is also a great way to use leftover sweet potatoes.
1 large
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Peel sweet potato and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add brown sugar and heat until sugar begins to melt. Add sweet potatoes and cook until golden brown, shaking or turning to brown evenly. Yield: 2 servings.
