MB Article - Georgia Cooking - Chicken Roll-ups
This recipe provides a great way to use leftover turkey or chicken.
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Separate crescent rolls; place approximately one tablespoon chicken at large end of roll and roll up. Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Combine soup, milk and cheese in a medium saucepan, Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts. (Do not boil.) Pour sauce over chicken roll-ups. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown. Yield: 4 servings.
