The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 82.25¢ based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2½ to 3 pound birds.  98% (representing 945 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 63.00¢ to 85.24¢ with a final weighted average of 81.51¢ f.o.b. dock or equivalent.  The market remains steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate for a mostly normal demand.  Average weights are desirable.  Estimated slaughter today is 4,694,100 head.  This compares with 4,688,100 head last Monday. 

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are:

Line Run Tenders:
     $1.6850  -  (based on 1,590,000 lbs.)

Skinless Boneless Breasts:
     $1.31    -    (based on 6,703,000 lbs.)

Whole Breasts:
       76.50¢  -  (based on 1,472,000 lbs.)

Boneless Skinless Thigh Meat:
       93.50¢  -  (based on 1,155,000 lbs.)

Thighs:
       50.50¢  -  (based on 1,081,000 lbs.)

Drumsticks:
       61.00¢  -  (based on 1,164,000 lbs.)

Leg Quarters:
       37.00¢  -  (based on 9,292,000 lbs.)

Wings:
     $1.5450   -  (based on 3,319,000 lbs.)

Demand on line run tenders, thighs and leg quarters is mostly normal; skinless boneless breasts and whole breasts is normal to good, mostly normal; boneless skinless thigh meat is normal to light; drumsticks ranges good to normal, mostly good; while the demand on wings is good.
