The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 83.00¢ based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2½ to 3 pound birds.  96% (representing 1,104 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 76.00¢ to 83.50¢ with a final weighted average of 81.44¢ f.o.b. dock or equivalent.  The market is fully moderate and the live supply is adequate for a continued normal to good, mostly normal demand.  Average weights are ranging desirable to heavier than desired in a few instances.  Estimated slaughter today is 5,215,100 head. This compares with 5,130,400 head last Monday. 

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are:

Line Run Tenders:
     $1.7750  -  (based on 1,369,000 lbs.)

Skinless Boneless Breasts:
     $1.5250  -  (based on 5,699,000 lbs.)

Whole Breasts:
     85.50¢  -  (based on 1,394,000 lbs.)

Boneless Skinless Thigh Meat:
     $1.26  -  (based on 1,131,000 lbs.)

Leg Quarters:
      47.50¢  -  (based on 8,985,000 lbs.)

Wings:
     $1.03  -  (based on 2,683,000 lbs.)

Demand on line run tenders and whole breasts is normal to good; skinless boneless breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good; while the demand on wings ranges light to good, mostly light to normal.
