The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 83.00¢. The final weighted average was 81.44¢ f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is somewhat higher and the live supply is adequate for a mostly balanced demand. Average weights are ranging desirable to occasionally heavy with a steady to firm price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 5,144,600 head. This compares with 5,160,100 head last Tuesday.

Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are mostly balanced. Price trend on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is steady to occasionally firm, mostly steady; whole breasts and boneless skinless thigh meat is mostly steady; while the price trend on wings ranges steady to weak.
