Farmers’ Markets Now Accepting Vendors
With more consumers desiring to purchase fresh produce close to home, a number of communities throughout the state have established seasonal farmers’ markets to serve their local areas. Following are a few such markets now in operation:

The Suwanee Farmers’ Market is operating 8 a.m. – noon every Saturday through October 11 (with the exception of September 20) at
Farmers, gardeners, and others who offer agricultural products are invited to register to participate in the Farmers’ Market. All producers must grow or prepare their own products (no reselling permitted), and are required to register in advance.

The Marietta Square Farmers Market will operate every Sat., rain or shine, through Aug. 30. Hours of operation will be 9 a.m. until noon.

The Dallas Farmers’ Market is accepting new vendors for its 7th annual weekly farmers’ market. Located in historic downtown
Vendors will need to be aware of local and state sales and use regulations and licensing laws. There are no fees for vendors.
Vendors must be registered prior to opening day and will be accepted from surrounding counties including Cobb, Douglas and Polk.
