Notices may be submitted by U.S. mail, facsimile transmission, or via the Internet through the Market Bulletin website.  Notices sent via mail or fax must be legible, on a single sheet of paper separate from any other notice, and be accompanied by the name of the category and the name, mailing and street address and telephone number of the person submitting the same.
